Do you have a dress code?

Business Casual or Cocktail attire is required at all restaurants, including the Lobby Bar, after 5 PM daily. Prohibited attire includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Novelty Hats & Wigs
  • Bandanas
  • Themed Costumes
  • Gym or Sports Apparel
  • Flip Flops and Slides
  • Baseball Hats
  • Casual Shorts
  • Excessively Exposed Undergarments and Lingerie
  • Baggy or Oversized Clothing
  • Ripped Garments
  • Excessive display of skin
  • Clothing Exhibiting Offensive Language or Graphics
  • Bathing Suits
  • Sweatpants
  • Nudity

The Global Ambassador reserves the right to update the Dress Code Policy at any time, make discretionary exceptions as appropriate and ask guests to leave and change into appropriate attire who we deem are not appropriately dressed.

Do I need a restaurant reservation?  

Reservations are strongly recommended for Le Âme and théa; however, we do accept walk-ins based on availability.

Availability at Pink Dolphin, Lobby Bar and théa Garden Bar are available on a first come, first served basis.

How far in advance can I book a restaurant reservation?

Reservations at Le Âme and théa open 30 days in advance.

What is your restaurant cancellation policy?

Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time. For parties of 6 or more, a fee of $25 per person will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time. We do require a credit card to secure the reservations for all parties of 6 or more.

How do I book a large party or private event?

Do you offer valet parking?

Overnight Hotel Guests:

  • Valet Parking: $35 per night

Local/Restaurant:

  • Valet Parking: $8 per vehicle after 2 pm
    • Complimentary valet parking available to all Spa guests
  • Garage Self-Parking: Complimentary with validation when dining at The Global Ambassador
    • Please see your restaurant host for validation

Do you allow photography on the property?

We love our spaces just as much as you do — and we’re so happy you’re excited to photograph and share.

With that in mind, we ask you please respect our spaces and the privacy of our hotel guests and locals while taking any images. Our goal is to create a one-of-a-kind experience for all.

Mobile phone photography is permitted with limitations:

  • No more than 5 minutes of dedicated photo taking please
  • Privacy and respect for all guests must be observed at all times
  • Spaces may not be blocked for any reason (i.e. doors, corridors, elevators, etc.)

Professional photography is prohibited without prior approval and scheduling. To inquire about on-site photography please complete the form on our website to learn more.

Can I check-in early / check-out late?

Our guaranteed check-in time is after 4:00 PM daily and check out time is 11:00 AM. Arriving early or need a little extra sleep? Our team will do our very best to accommodate you (based on availability) – please let our team know in advance.

If we are unable to accommodate, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely so you can enjoy the property amenities.

Are you pet-friendly?

We love your furry friends and they are welcome to stay with us at The Global Ambassador. Please note our pet fee/policy includes:

  • $150 one-time, non-refundable fee (per pet)
  • We welcome small to medium size dogs
  • Dog must be registered with the hotel and adhere to policy guidelines
  • Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning or damages that occur
  • Sorry, no cats or any other type of pet on property

When dining at The Global Ambassador, pets are welcome on our patio at Le Market.

What is your pool policy?

Use of our pool, cabanas and poolside loungers are exclusive to in-house hotel guests only.
